What is the maximum post diameter it can drive?
The maximum recommended diameter is 100 mm (4 inches).
The largest adapter has an internal diameter of 107 mm.
When the ground is very dry, compacted or stony, it is advisable to make a pilot hole for posts over 78 mm in diameter. This hole can be made manually with a Pilot Bar or mechanically with a coring tool (Pilot Core Tool) or a motorised earth auger.
Posts under 78 mm do not normally require a pilot hole. In soils of clay or chalk, this procedure may also be advisable.
Which adapter do I need?
To get the best performance from the post driver, the adapter should fit the post diameter as closely as possible. We recommend the adapter's internal diameter to be between 5 and 10 mm larger than that of the post.
For posts with special shapes (square, T-shaped or other profiles), the outer corners must fall within that tolerance.

What is a post or stake driver?
It is a portable nailing gun with a 4-stroke Honda GX35 petrol engine that simplifies the installation of posts, stakes and similar items, as it does not require an external power source and can be operated by a single person. It can drive up to 500 posts with 1L of petrol, making it economical and versatile to use compared to similar machinery.

Available Accessories
Nylon reducer for steel or wooden stakes from 10mm to 52mm in diameter for the IBF-52 model, and from 65mm to 82mm in diameter for the IBF-82.
This allows you to easily drive stakes of different sizes into the ground with minimal effort and a high level of accuracy. The IBF-100 driver allows you to drive thicker stakes and posts with diameters of 100mm to 136mm.
Does it require some kind of external power supply?
No, the post driver is powered by the powerful Honda GX35 motor and does not require any external power supply.
