Returns policy
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (arts. 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). How do I return a product?
- Write to us at social@iberfence.es or call us on +34 985 985 351 with your name, address and order number (you can use the form).
- Prepare the parcel, preferably in its original packaging, and send it within 14 days of your communication. If you prefer, we can arrange collection by our carrier within 48–72 h.
- We refund everything you paid, including the initial delivery costs (except the extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than the standard one), within 14 days of your communication, using the same means of payment. We may wait until we receive the product or you provide proof of return. For card payments, your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
Return costs: are borne by the customer. For products that cannot be returned by normal post (machines and parts over 2 kg), the maximum estimated cost is: mainland Spain, €60; Portugal and the Balearic Islands, €90; rest of the European Union, €150. We will confirm the amount before collection.
Condition of the product: you may inspect the product as you would in a shop. A deduction will only be made for loss of value if it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Returns are not accepted for products made to the customer’s specifications or personalised, or for sealed products unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
Businesses and professionals: the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchases; please contact us about each case.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not left our warehouse. Made-to-order products that are not personalised carry the same right of withdrawal as all other products.
If we detect an obvious pricing or system error, or a stock shortage caused by simultaneous sales, we will let you know and refund the full amount immediately.
