If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (arts. 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). How do I return a product?<\/h3>\n

  1. Write to us at social@iberfence.es<\/a> or call us on +34 985 985 351 with your name, address and order number (you can use the form).<\/li>\n
  2. Prepare the parcel, preferably in its original packaging, and send it within 14 days of your communication. If you prefer, we can arrange collection by our carrier within 48\u201372 h.<\/li>\n
  3. We refund everything you paid, including the initial delivery costs<\/strong> (except the extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than the standard one), within 14 days<\/strong> of your communication, using the same means of payment. We may wait until we receive the product or you provide proof of return. For card payments, your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return costs:<\/strong> are borne by the customer. For products that cannot be returned by normal post (machines and parts over 2 kg), the maximum estimated cost is: mainland Spain, \u20ac60; Portugal and the Balearic Islands, \u20ac90; rest of the European Union, \u20ac150. We will confirm the amount before collection.<\/p>\n

    Condition of the product:<\/strong> you may inspect the product as you would in a shop. A deduction will only be made for loss of value if it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n

    Returns are not accepted<\/strong> for products made to the customer\u2019s specifications or personalised, or for sealed products unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n

    Businesses and professionals:<\/strong> the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchases; please contact us about each case.<\/p>\n

    Order cancellation<\/h3>\n

    You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not left our warehouse. Made-to-order products that are not personalised carry the same right of withdrawal as all other products.<\/p>\n
