Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as by Act 7\/1996 on Retail Trade Regulation, amended by Act 47\/2002 to bring it into line with European Directive 97\/7\/EC.
<\/p>

Within this framework, Iberfence, S.L. customers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal by making an unequivocal statement setting out their decision to cancel their purchases.<\/p>

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?<\/h4>

Please contact us to arrange the return through any of our channels.\u00a0<\/p>

Once the return has been requested on the website, you must prepare the parcel in the same condition and with the packaging received on delivery. After receiving our confirmation, the parcel will be collected within approximately 48\/72 hours by a courier who will come to the same address indicated on the order.<\/p>

Within a maximum of 7 working days from correct receipt at our warehouse, the refund will be issued using the same means of payment used in the original order.<\/p>

Please note that, if the refund is to a credit\/debit card, depending on the specific bank used, it may take up to 30 days to become effective.<\/p>

The customer bears the return shipping costs, which depend on weight and volume.\u00a0<\/p>

EXCEPTIONS: If the parcel exceeds 2 kilos in weight or volume, the return costs deducted from the refund, as required by law, vary according to the costs charged by the courier, regardless of whether free shipping was applied to the purchase.<\/p>

WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?<\/h4>

No custom-made product or product that has been used may be returned.<\/p>

ORDER CANCELLATIONS<\/h4>
Orders may be cancelled at any time provided they have not entered the preparation or dispatch stage. If the order contains one or more items that are MADE TO ORDER, it does not allow cancellation or return, unless the cancellation is notified within the first 24h from the initial order date.<\/div>

The order may be cancelled in the event of a delay in the delivery date, where this differs from the one stated in the item itself at the time of purchase.<\/div>

Iberfence, S.L. reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:<\/div>

System failure: if errors occur in the order due to system errors, this is considered a case of force majeure in which we reserve the right to cancel the order in order to guarantee the best service to the customer.<\/div>
Stock error: occasionally, although this is not usual, there may be a lapse in stock synchronisation and updating because two or more purchases coincide for the same unit. This can happen with items on aggressive offers and in high demand.
